Also the engineer noticed that the gas mains input pressure was very low and arranged an emergency visit by area services to fit a new mains gas regulating valve. Had this not been spotted the boiler could have certainly failed at Christmas with possibly reduced mains pressure due to increased seasonal demand.. I am very happy with the service I received.
